Self esteem begins with a positive self-image

Self-esteem literally means to esteem, or respect, you. If you have high self-esteem it means that you have a positive image of yourself. Let’s look at where such a positive self-image comes from. Or are you finding yourself feeling angrier lately? Are you going off on people, damaging important relationships, and letting anger affect your work and your social life. Build your self-esteem and you will build your self-concept. But, your self-concept requires attention and care to be maintained.
